Why the Recall?
Scottsdale residents should be alarmed at the actions of Council woman Dubauskas.
1. She filed a bogus criminal complaint with the County Attorney against Mayor Borowsky.
2. Refused to 27,000 residents from having the Axon election.
3. Ignored petitions from 5000 residents to stop a $21 Million Garage in Old Town.

Jan Dubauskas, along with Barry Graham, Adam Kwasman, and Kathy Littlefield have not represented the Residents. Above is a list of their actions during the first 6 months they were in office. This is not acceptable, and Dubauskas needs to by Recalled.

If the construction of the Old Town parking garage begins in July, this Historic neighborhood will be destroyed forever. Small businesses will face significant disruption and may be forced to close, raising concerns about accountability in government and the decisions made by the Scottsdale City Council, including those by Jan Dubauskas.
